Shipping Policy
Notification and E-mails
After ordering online, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. It will include a list of all the products you ordered, the address that the shipment will be sent to and the total amount that will be charged to your credit card. You will also receive an order number that can be referenced in case you have questions and concerns.
Shipment Delivery Time
Orders received on or before 2:00 p.m. ET from Monday thru Friday will be processed for shipping within 2-3 business days for items in stock. Orders received from Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be processed for shipping the next business day. Special orders and out-of-stock merchandise may require additional time prior to shipment. Please email info@richwaybeauty.com for any special orders you need. Your expected delivery date is determined by the shipping preference you selected. Shipping Methods
We ship most domestic mail orders via UPS Ground. The chosen shipping method for each order is dependent upon destination, package weight, and shipping charges assessed. Only orders shipped via UPS will have online tracking. The absolute minimum shipping and handling charge for any mail order is $ 8.00.
UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air are also available if orders are needed quickly, for an additional fee. Please let us know if you would like one of these services by choosing the appropriate type in your order. Your shipping email confirmation will indicate the method of service used. Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday.
PLEASE NOTE: UPS only delivers Monday through Friday. If you are ordering on Friday, and plan on having your order delivered on Saturday using UPS Next Day Air, an extra Saturday Delivery charge of $12.50 (on top of the UPS Next Day Air charges) will be added to your total. Make sure to call us at (757-455-8842) or send us an email at info@richwaybeauty.com for further information on exact pricing. Sunday delivery service is not available.
International Orders
Shipping charges for International Orders vary greatly. Please send us an email with the items that you are interested in buying, your address, and the destination country. We will email back information on ordering, including shipping and handling charges. We will be happy to answer any questions that you have, so please let us know how we can help you.
Tracking UPS Orders
If your shipping notification email indicates your order was shipped via UPS, you will also receive a tracking number. You can use this number on the UPS website http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html to check on the status of your shipped order.
