RETURN POLICY

Richway Beauty Center is committed to delivering quality products and providing a first class service to our customers. In the event that the products are found defective or you are unsatisfied with the products, please contact us at 757-455-8842 or info@richwaybeauty.com, for return authorization and Return Form. You can either request refund, exchange or company credit for the returning item(s). Shipping and handling charges are not subject to refund, and additional shipping and handling charges may be required for each re-order or exchange. Please note, for the interest of hygiene and customer protection, Richway Beauty Center may not refund or exchange items that are opened and worn once. Please refer to the following guideline before requesting return authorization.

* For wigs, half-wigs and ponytails, customers must request for refund or exchange within seven calendar days since the delivery date. For shipments that we cannot confirm delivery date, such as UPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post Mail, refund or exchange request must be made within eleven calendar days since the ship date rather than delivery date.

* All other items (weaves, braids, hair pieces, and et cetera) are eligible for refund or exchange during fourteen calendar days since the delivery date. For shipments that we cannot confirm delivery date, refund or exchange request must be made within eighteen calendar days since the ship date.

* Refund or exchange request beyond above days, will not be accepted.

* If the last request date for refund calendar day falls on a Sunday or a National Holiday2, please leave us a voice message or send us e-mail to ensure refund or exchange authorization.

* All returns must be in new condition, not worn nor altered with original package.

* All clearance items are non-returnable. All sales of clearance items are final. With meeting above criteria, contact Richway Beauty Center Customer Care and obtain a return authorization. Again, customers must request a return authorization within mentioned days above from the delivery date of the goods. The returning goods must be shipped out within three business days since the issuance of return authorization. The returns and exchanges must accompany all returning goods with the original invoice and a completed Return Form. For refused package(s) by customers, we will credit the total amount less shipping cost, and may charge 15% for restocking fee.
